Why I built the
This program was never about marketing. It started with a simple question:
How do we show real appreciation to the people who keep our communities running?
After nearly two decades in the mortgage business, I stepped back from the day-to-day work — but not from the people. Through the CIVIX PROJECT, I launched this initiative to give back to first responders, veterans, and healthcare professionals who are too often overlooked.
